THANKS LARRY!  I'm sure that the computer just reports the three meeting 
dates, and doesn't bother including the out-of-meeting dates.  But the 
contract clearly says rooms booked 3 days prior and 1 day post count 
towards the room-nights!

So 86 +
    the missing prior and post days +
    fixes to people not counted +
    speaker and vendor rooms

= may be OK.

We should make one more forum/e-mail push this weekend to get that 
last-minute booking frenzy.
