I got an update room count from Larry (from 76 to 86); I changed the estimate 
of speaker roomnights to what we now know we are going to rent (or what Ithink 
we know), and I recaluclated the penalties. Doing those things, the breakeven 
is back down around 82.  Sensitive little bugger and there are still 
assumptions in the figures but it's a nicer number to have swallow with your 
morning toast and coffee. ;-)

I just spoke with Maria Tsang at the hotel. I
explained to her about the non-block room nights sold
and that I wanted to ensure we were recieving credit
for them. She is going to email me their internal
pickup list so that we can reconcile it with ours. 

She is looking into the room nights reserved
discrepancy. She thought that they just blocked a few
extra so I asked her to verify that we are at a 115
room night booked goal. She will send me a
confirmation of this also.
