Why discount it back to $59? They have to be a paid up AGA member to reg, even 
if they have to Pay up the membership right  then and there.
Why charge some more than others just because they are new members. I thought 
that was the point of hte mebeship requirement, to try to get some new members.

I like this idea, but I think you need to use your connection to 
communicate our membership requirements to the clubs about which you are 
most concerned. We might even get a last-minute registration rush if 
they know that waiting will cost them.
