OK, so you are saying that non-AGA members must pay $79 at the door, and
this includes AGA membership. Identical to registering today.
You are the treasurer and the one doing the budget, so I will defer to you
on this issue. I will also make sure to let the people doing the
registration know to tell disgruntled people that "at least we didn't add
a $20 late fee", and that perhaps will help smooth things over.
