I would guess this is going to be part of Larry's conversation with the 
hotel contact when he gets back.  He was in the process of booking the 
speaker rooms last week.

In any case, there's also a "final check" 3 days before the convention 
where we report our final banquet count.  So this one would only be a 
rough count.
