Having the IA on Friday night instead of speakers might get more folks 
in on Friday, more room nights, etc. Would also solve the confusion of 
whether banquet tickets include the challenge.

I liked the idea of foreign judges, but I think we should have at least 
one "amateur" judge from the audience. That is, someone who was not a 
speaker and who was not an AGA contest judge.

Which I didn't agree with him about, considering that 99% of the people 
in the audience couldn't have done in three weeks what he did in an hour.
