Ahhhhh the hotel (he sighed with biting sarcasim), There actually was a diner within walking distance but noone from the area (SFBAAPS) told anyone about it. I went there on Sat afternoon. The hotel restaurant was supposed to be prepared for us but when Maria Tsang called in sick there was noone there to tell them that they were actually going to have more than two customers. The hotel was what it was, a last minute scramble which could have turned out even worse. The more I think about it the more I am thinking we need at least one of our key hotel people to do a detailed site visit prior to negotiations. I am in the process of battling with the Sheraton Gateway as we speak. They have still not sent me the email they were supposed to have sent last night (big surprise). I am really upset at the way we were treated and I have made it clear as day to them that it is simply not acceptable. Stay tuned to this channel for the next episode of "Larry vs Sheraton Gateway".....
