Well, the easy thing is the actual money; we know how much because we have the stuff physically -- or at least we did until I put it in the bank. The only hard part is trying to figure out how the real money works out against the records (receipts, notes, EEAP, KRA, raffle, etc.).

Kathy, do you recall the amount of the KRA? I didn't put the number in my little ledger -- as careful as I was about recording things, once I was in the cashier hot seat, all bets were off and I was just trying to keep up.

We've yet to find out how much the speaker rooms are going to cost AGA2K6; right now we only have an estiamte while we wait for the hotel to send a completed invoice and Larry finishes wringing monetary penance from Sheraton.

That was the stupid part.  It completely escaped me that the KRA could be
paid for using standard tags.  Instead I said "Cash Only!".  So most of
the money came in as cash there.  Even with my stupidity, Kathy did get
one or two paid by tags.  But now  I know...
