There's still stuff missing, like Bill Harada, and the initial surveying folks.

Here, let me attach my own lists, and you can reconcile the three. The first doc contains all the people who did the planning. Most of those are missing here. The second doc contains (at the end) all the people who did the execution at the convention. Hope this helps.

I'm not sure where you get Ricky as Master of Ceremonies.  Larry, Kathy,
Karen and Ricky all introduced a speaker or two.

Likewise, I'm not sure why Michael L was listed as hospitality
quartermaster.  Jim bought most of the stuff, Kathy cleaned the room every
morning, but I think others helped out as well.
