That would be rather definitive and no cost to AGA since it would be covered by some or all of the liquidated damages from the hotel. For example, if 9-moht extensions were used, you'd have 103registrants*$18foregone revenues*.75year = $1390, with a remainder of $409 in liquidated damages remaining with AGA2K6.
Ooh, I like that idea a LOT better than sending out checks!
