Sorry, but I heard Jeff say that their next book was going to be a
coffee table one. So unless they don't have publisher yet ...
I've been out of the business for a while, but I remember that color is
indeed expensive. You really can't make any money at it unless you
publish in huge quantities. Equine Research used to buy 10000 copies at
a time, and sell a $5 for $50 retail, $30 wholesale.
