OK, procedural question from your Rookie Pres. should I say:
We have four yes votes (pending approval of the text in Greg's document) we will accept this motion.
or
Should I wait a specified amount of time, to give all Board members time to comment. If so how much time.
I realize the end result is a majority vote either way, but I think there probably needs to be a set period of response time for any Board motion. Please advise.....

Yea, I think you are right Scott. I guess I should wait to weigh in on issues until we have a majority or one vote of a majority if my vote would be the swing? I am still trying to figure all this out so please bear with me or better yet correct me if I am doing it wrong! :-)
