OK,
procedural question from your Rookie Pres. should I say:
We
have four yes votes (pending approval of the text in Greg's document) we
will accept this motion.
or
Should
I wait a specified amount of time, to give all Board members time to comment.
If so how much time.
I
realize the end result is a majority vote either way, but I think there
probably needs to be a set period of response time for any Board motion.
Please advise.....

Yea,
I think you are right Scott. I guess I should wait to weigh in on issues until
we have a majority or one vote of a majority if my vote would be the swing? I
am still trying to figure all this out so please bear with me or better yet
correct me if I am doing it wrong! :-)
Regards,
Larry

Yeah.
And probably Larry should summarize the count when a majority of votes are
cast, just for the record/archives since these count as our official meetings.
