It was a pleasure speaking with you today in regards to your
AGA Conference to occur in October or November 2008. Please see the attached
proposal with the dates available in November. We do have availability the week
of
October 23-26th but we are looking at a rate of
$159.00 Single Occupancy, like Alex discussed the other day. Please keep in
mind the rate is going for $149.00 the week of November 13-16th but
I am willing to work with you and offer the rate of $109.00 Single Occupancy to
make this happen at the Hilton Atlanta and to work within your budget. I can
only hold this rate until this Friday, November 16th, after this
date the rate will go up. Also, please keep in mind your room to space ratio is
a bit off, but because you are flexible in doing theater style, I am offering
you the complimentary meeting room rental with 80% guest room pick up.
