Re: [AGA-sc] [Fwd: no room for anymore TAGs]

The hat trick is finding a replacement. I recall Diana saying she wants out -- a couple of months ago maybe. She was staying on in hopes we could find are replacement. That's been my understanding anyway but it wouldn't be the first time I misremembered something.

I totally understand, and back you up.  Diana clearly wants out but isn't
assertive enough to say she's done.  Time to start hunting.

Her comments about taking TAG "online"  have nothing to do with the back
issue problem.  Sure, if the TAG were an e-zine, then Diana's job would be
*entirely* obsolete.  But that's more a response to a different problem,
one that the AGA currently does NOT have (i.e., the "no money" problem).

But to address the other side of the issue, I have no problem suggesting
that we recycle a certain amount of printed PAMs and TAGs, especially
those which we have a larger excess.  One could easily estimate, based on
how many combos and back issues are sold, how many copies we should leave
around to maintain, say, 3-4 years of back issues before they are gone.
Actually, we should be pretty close to that right now, shouldn't we?
We've got 4 and a half years of TAGs.

Are we still doing the minimum print job for each issue?
