I was working out a plan where instead of trying to conserve every issue, 
she would preferentially send out the oldest ones with the combos.  That 
way, we'd end up being able to close out a full year, and start shipping 
them as part of the electronic archive.

Problem is that we've got so darned many extras since we went color, that 
the only ones she's sold out of on this new approach are Volume 15, and 
the SECOND half of volume 16... plus one issue volume 18, and two issues 
of volume 19.  We will probably NEVER sell out of some of these.
