I took a first stab at the numbers. I assumed we won't get $24 Banquets including the 30% tax and gratuities so I assume they cost AGA $24*1.3=$54.60 but we charge only $45 and Regs cost $45.

Field Trip and other assumptions remain the same. I think we can turn positive net revenue with 70 plus paid regs.

This is only a first look and I have to check for errors. But this looks like we have some breathing room on reg and Banquet prices to attendees.

Hi Everyone,

Please find attached the unedited and my "red-lined"
version of a proposed contract for the Sheraton in
Downtown Atlanta. I am guessing you will like my
version a little better ;-). ALthough I am equally
confident my friend Scott Heiber will make an even
better version!

For reference puproses I also included the final
version of the AGA2006 deal we did with the Sheraton
Gateway in San Fran.

Please review and make your comments. Also please feel
free to create your own red-line version. Come on in
the water's fine!

After you get a chance to go over it I will share some
additional comments but the net of it is I think it is
close enough to what we need for us to come to terms.
