I also think it's a take-off of ADA's party Iwagumi contest and will seem all the more obviously so with Amano actually at the convention. When I mentioned the "sandbox" idea, I didn't really see it as an ALTERNATIVE to an Iwagumi Challenge, but I think it would serve well as one now that Karen mentions it. I do feel some slight tug at not having a Iron Aquascaper Challenge of some form this year because a) it has already been "leaked" to the APD list and b) it would have been cool to have Amano judge it on the spot. But it would also serve well for him to judge our 2008 contest as well.
