As far as the program is concerned, we won't have to produce that many
(maybe 150?... if we have 200 attendees, we can certainly afford it
anyway!<g>). We only have 5 speakers. With their bios and a paragraph from
each, plus a schedule for the weekend, I think that we could probably get it
all on one folded sheet of 8 1/2" x 11" paper, printed both sides. I could
probably even do it on my inkjet if we needed to. I don't think it will
cost very much, and will be a nice little "value added" piece for the
registration packets.
I'm not sure about Seachem either, and have the same concerns. That's why I
took the discussion off-list. It's just a potential snafu I'd rather decide
on now, than try to figure out, or worse, hurt people's feelings over once
we get there. I figure that as it is, I will have to get there early enough
to greet the way-out-of-town visitors. I don't want them to arrive with no
one there.

If we can afford to produce a program, we can afford to produce it with
photos. And certainly we can put them in the ONLINE version!
Not sure on Seachem. But I worry about things turning into an entourage.
