I'm OK with offering the banquet slots to Greg's family.  Reasoning is 
we'll be paying anyway.  Larry said we are on the hook for 100 banquets no 
matter what.  Currently we're sitting at 45 paid registrations, and about 
~47 paid banquet tickets.

We're 27 roomnights shy of our target of 143, and I'm sure the speakers
will take a good chunk out of that.  I am not worried about that 
particular committment.

I am still wondering, however... there are several volunteers on the 
conheads list that have not registered for either a room or registration, 
but have not given any indication that they are unable to attend.
