they are tiny, that's why i was hoping they would do well in a small tank. I knew they were tangy.(i can never spell that right). I have the johannis but after watching them with other fish i wouldn't wish to put them with anything, they have that 29 tall all by themselves with 5 rainbows (large ones) and that is plenty. I'd like to find a good bottom for these brichardi, is white sand or like saltwater/shell bottom good? Black sand would be better but i can't find any. I usually look uup fish before i bought them but i knew a little about the africans and really liked the look of the brichardis, so any tips on them are appreciated. Maybe i could go with a 10 gal instead for them. i have a couple of those in the garage unused, but need to get an eclipse hood to fit, i like that seemless look. kym ----- Original Message ----- From: Scott McLaughlin <relli@aye.net> To: <apisto@majordomo.pobox.com> Sent: Tuesday, January 11, 2000 3:35 AM Subject: Re: dwarf fish > I think its Neolamprologus brichardi, they are not dwarf, but they do not get > very big at all.
