It may be too late, but your best bet would be Metronidazole 250mg per 10
gallons.  Details on dosage if you want them.  This drug is effective
against protozoans and anaerobic gram negative bacteria.  It will not kill
nitrifying bacteria in the filter etc. There is the off chance, if she's
wild-caught, she's got worms.  But you haven't given any background info on
the fish.
