Ph which chems??

I need to raise the PH of my 25 gallon tank and was wondering about using
sodium bicarb(arm and hammer) or PH up (sodium hydroxide)
Also could I safely use a combination of the 2??

Or would I be better off buying the ph7.5 liquid buffer and adjusting that?
