Jay,
I don't know about any shops in Jersey....but there's a shop in Staten 
Island (used to live in Jersey and Staten Island), that I found online.  
Westerleigh Aquarium http://www.incredibyte.net/~westaqua/
They have plants for sure, and don't know what else.  But great selection of 
plants available. :)
