I never had problems feeding my fish only beef heart; although I noticed
my rams start to spawn less often and look not very happy like they
usually do, if i feed them only shrimp... I discontinued shrimp from their
diet completely after a major scare then after feeding one male started to
behave erraticaly. No shrimp for dwarfs, only larger cichlids now get it
(H.elongatus), and oh they love it...
But again, I noticed problems after feeding them ONLY shrimp, maybe
alternating it with something is not that bad...
