Yes, the algae eater (I assume you mean the "Chinese/Siamese Algae Eater") will become a pain in the a_ _ when it gets larger. And don't expect many fry. The angelfish will get most of them. One other thing. The A. borellii don't do especially well at the elevated temperatures needed for Discus. Remember borellii come from a subtropical climate zone similar to southern Florida.
