I had to remove my male because the female just wouldn't tolerate him. Since the parents seem to be doing fime with them you could probably leave them. But with 50 fry I would move them to a bigger tank say 40 gallons or so. My usual procedure is to move the fry once they are capable of being on their own, and hope for another spawn from the parents. This is just my opinion, I have only been involved in apistos for 6 months or so. I have bred many others though...
