From: "Eric Martina" <emartina@uiuc.edu> To: "Apisto Group" <apisto@listbox.com> Subject: Eheim filters Date sent: Sun, 19 Nov 2000 00:35:36 -0600 Send reply to: apisto@listbox.com Indeed the 221* is the old type of cylindrial Ehiem (Ehiem call it a 'classic'!) which is still in production. 222* is the new 'professional' box shape Ehiem which is much nicer to use because it comes complete with removable media compartments. The professional series also comes in a number of flavours - themo,wet/dry etc. As to online procurment of said filters I live England and would assume that shipping cost may be a bit excessive Gavin Foskett P.S. Also, I have seen people on this list (and other news groups) > mention Eheim 2215 and 2217 (I think those are the numbers, they were in > that range at least) but all I have ever seen are 222*.
