I'm often surprised by human behavior.  When did we become so uptight.  Let
someone ask an off topic question if they want.  It's not like he's a
chronic offender trying to undermined the list-serve.  Besides it's just a
list-serve, not a heart transplant list.  I am sensitive to this since I
commented once and got chastised by a member for not changing the subject.
