Someone in Aquatic Plant Digest mentioned that he uses a inexpensive net breeding enclosure. He attaches a piece of fishing line to the top of the breeding enclosure so he can pull up the enclosure quickly and easily. He sinks the enclosure/trap to the bottom of the tank and throws in some fish food for a bait. When his victim is inside, he simply pulls up the enclosure with fish. He says it works great for the fish don't think to swim up.
