You might also want to try "Housecall" at
http://housecall.antivirus.com/housecall/start_pcc.asp. This is an online,
"industrial strength" virus scan which I became aware of through our local
corporate PC troubleshooting organization, The Geek Squad. It will catch the
new "AnnaKournikova.jpg.vbs" and clean it from your system should it exist.

Apparently they update their scan engine at least on a daily basis so the
virus definitions should be the most current. I can tell you that McAfee did
not pick up a .vbs variant in my system in the past where Housecall did and
fixed it.
