Tim,

My room is based upon the 20L.  I built "towers" that hold them 4 high with easy access
between tanks.  (Actually, the top tank is a 29.)  The trick is not to use a horizontal
board across the front.  By freeing up that front space you have ample room for servicing
the tanks even though they are spaced only 9 inches apart.  The end result is currently
on my home page ( http://characin.com/carey ).

Stop by next time you're in town and I'll show them to you and explain the design.
