She does have the clamped fins, but she is not scratching. At the beginning they often have their fins down like you're describing and scratching themselves on plants, sand or rock. If it was something link with spawning or fry caring she would have strong color and attitude which it looks she doesn't have. That's my 2 cents and hope i'm wrong.
