I have tried levamisole with mixed results. from what I gather you should use one sheep pill (two sheep pills are probally equal to one horse pill) for every 10 gallons, so probally a 1/4 of what you currently have. I dissolved it in a shot glass and then fed it into the intake of my filter (magnum 350). you will want to keep the rest and retreat the infected fish every couple of weeks. I did a large water changes after around 3 to 5 days after each treatment.
