hi frode, i was wondering, are your tastefull fish alone in a tank? Because i would say that competition on food would make them eat whatever you give them. If you add other apisto in the same tank that already eat worms or whatever else it would i think encourage those juvenile to do the same. If you want to keep them alone, what about kind of forcing them to eat by starving them a day or two? I don't know what you all think but at some point animal have survival reflexes and won't let themself starved to death. Another solution might be to progressively change the food by adding with the BBS very small amount of another food sothat they get use to the smell, the taste of it and seing it. Here are my 2 cents. Hope you'll find a solution FLI USA Yvan Alleau 712 Kings boulevard 97330 Corvallis, Oregon home # 738-0606 College of Oceanic and Atmospheric Sciences Oregon State University office (Burt 222) # 737-3649, to be used wisely ! yalleau@oce.orst.edu "When you're far from everything, you're getting closer to the essential" ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the apistogramma mailing list, apisto@listbox.com.
