Another "what is this fish" entry

I picked up some fish labled Nannacara sp. "Red Fin" at the LFS.  I now
have my first batch of fry from them.  The male displays a powder blue
color with a red tipped dorsal fin.  Anyone ever heard of this fish?  If
so, is it a true species or a color morph of the anomala?
