If you have to kill your fish.

I usually add a few ice cubes and some water in a coffe cup.I wait a while 
until the water is very cold and then put the fish in.This method is very 
fast.Another way is to put the fish in some water in the freezer.This method 
is slower and maybe less painfull but who knows?
