Re:krib spawning for the first time
Hello, this is the first time I have ever had any kind of cichlid spawn so I
may be asking a stupid question. My Kribs have spawned in a coconut shell
cave. They had wigglers this morning that they moved to a log and then back
to the cave. Now the male is acting weird and chasing the female around and
neither fish is spending much time in the cave, although they both still go
in there. Did they eat the spawn, or is this normal? If they did eat the
spawn, does this mean they will do it again, or is there a chance that next
time things will go better? The male does not seem too violent, he is
letting her eat and poke around a bit. Thanks in advance for any answers.
Teresa.
