I made a "spray bar" for mine many years ago and its still running fine 6+
yrs I got a clear piece of (one inch?) plastic tubing  about 8 inches long
(petsmart) and drilled a bunch of holes in it and plugged the end. I used
epoxy to plug it  I connected the other end to the output of the filter you
may have to heat up the tubing to make it fit It works very well. HTH
