plants for apistos

i am in the process of recontructing the landscape in my tank!
Also not from apisot biotop i would like to put lots of Cryptocoryne: do =
some of you have tons of them they would like to give away/sell ?
also, do you know a good liquid fertiliser? I really need to increase =
the vegetation in my tank since some apistos look quiet nervous lately: =
everybody want to spawn but the aqua has too many "clear " spaces!
