Re: OT but important to aquarists

This really disturbs me. This is exactly what is wrong with America (one
thing anyway). A frivolous lawsuit against our right of free speech.
Believe me I am not a bleeding heart liberal. I am essentially a
conservative, but this really eats at me. By creating a lawsuit like this,
it's all I need to know about whether or not I would look to do business
like this. Does anyone have a list of plaintiffs. One or two plaintiffs
would be a little sensible, but if there are masses, then that is about as
rediculous as a blood parrot cichlid. Sorry for venting, I usually lurk and
learn from the emense knowledge that is resident on this list. I enjoy the
heated debates, but when this internet rage turns into lawsuits that could
financial cripple a family, that's when it time to draw the line. If this
does go to court and the free speaking internet folks get sued, I hope there
is someone that can excercise some Italian justice to rectify the situation.
I am only kidding, and no disrespect to anyone of Italian descent. I have
been watching too many Sopranos episodes! I hope anyone involved will keep
us posted as to the outcome of this situation.
Mike
