hi mike, Yes it is true. the company has indeed filed suit. It claimes that the statements are not true, and so... feels that it was an action that the plaintiffs can be held liable for. I really don't think it's going to get very far, but then that woman made a million off Mc donalds for spilling coffee all over herself so who knows. i have never dealt with this company (in fact I rarely buy anything online) but have read lots of negative feedback about them.
