I bought me another male today (they were out of females :-(  ) and moved my
older male to another tank. We'll see what happens now.
I do filter over peat by the way and I have to clown botia who are rather
active at night I believe. Maybe I should try to move them for a while too.

I have a couple trio's of agassizzii's. I believe they like a ph of 6.0. I
also try to keep my TDS low 100ppm or less. I'm still waiting for something
to happen. The females are constantly glowing yellow but, still haven't seen
any results. I usually try to keep 2 females with a male. Except with my west
africans. As for the clowns I use to have some and yes they do come out
mostly at night. I'm not sure but, they don't seem to bother other fish. They
might be a problem with egg eatting though. Although most dwarfs with eggs
can defend themselves pretty well and the clown usually just goes away. I
neveer seen one of mine feel much like fighting.
