I believe it is some kind of rotifers, not sure where to get it. You can try
decapsulated brine shrimp eggs from Brine Shrimp Direct
http://www.brineshrimpdirect.com , or cyclops eze from Jehmco Inc.
http://www.jehmco.com . Both of these work well for me.
