To all- On the rams, I use microworms/bbs mix from day 1 and I never have problems with that. I think the microworms ease it for the rams as these last longer in the water column and also go to the bottom more, with less damage to the water quality as well. I've seen day 1 ram fry eat bbs, if the bbs is freshly hatched, they can eat bbs from day 1, you might not have high success rates, but you will have some. I use the microworms and that works just fine- just my 2 cents;) Have a good one! I use this for the first few days, and then switch to bbs. I have noticed no losses using this, and they quickly reach a large enough size to take bbs, for those not already large enough to take bbs from the start.
