I've never found that. Freezers normally dehydrate things more then anything
else don't they? 
Fridges can be quite humid environments though, but even here there has been
no problem with open can with a plastic lid for the month or so it takes to
use the full can. It doesn't clump at all and the hatching rate stays good
right to the bottom of the can
