Doing Something Right

Has anyone seen/heard of behavior like this:

10g tank with a few flower pots and java moss. Fed live blackworms, frozen
brine shrimp and bloodworms, no waterchanges in the 2 weeks that I've owned
them (Purchased the group at the OCA), pH of 7.5, TDS of ~120, temp is 75F.
Results are 2 females, 2 males spawning at the same time in the same flower
pot. The link is of a pic I snapped this morning of the act. A female is in
the top and the bottom of the cave and the males take turns going in and
out. Don't know if the pic is a little blurry or it is just me after a 14hr
shift.
