Is this what your describing? I can see the triangle head. Is the triangle
head visible with the naked eye?

 I thought that planaria were these really small tube like white worms,
about 1/2 inch long, that squiggled as they swam, and seemed to hang around
the surface. Is this a different species? It says these use cilia to crawl
with. The ones I have seen could swim too. Can yours swim?
