Camera settings for MJ

I can't find that old mail I send you.
You can set your camera in the menu mode to the new flash and the ad on 
lens.I guess it's a telefoto zoom lens ,not a macro lens or?If it's a macro 
lens just set it to the wide adapter since there's no Macro lens setting.
You can set the flash options in the speedlight settings:
Int and ext active-Both flash's will fire at the same time
I don't use the cameras inbuild flash anymore and set mine to Int.flash off.
The rest of my camera settings are as follows:

CAMERA       : E990V1.1
METERING     : AF SPOT
MODE         : A
SHUTTER      : 1/119sec
APERTURE     : F6.9
EXP +/-      : 0.0
FOCAL LENGTH : f14.3mm(X1.0)
IMG ADJUST   : AUTO
SENSITIVITY  : AUTO
WHITEBAL     : SPEEDLIGHT
SHARPNESS    : AUTO
DATE         : 0000.00.00 00:00
QUALITY      : FULL NORMAL

Max......OK, here we go. I went out and got the following for my Nikon 950.

1) a Nikon 2x lens

2) a Nikon frame thing to hold the external flash to the Nikon 950 case 
(kinda
nifty)

so I have al of the stuff to start taking some pictures again....would you 
go
over again what the setting you would use on a Nikon 950?  I went to your 
site
but couldn't find the settings for a Nikon 950........I had thought one tme 
you
had given me a recipe for settings!
