  I agree with the Aggie and some TLC can make a big difference. I sometimes 
take fish home just to see what a difference better care can do.
  As for the rest of your observation well sounds good but, I'm still a 
simple sort of guy and I do listen and ponder the things others say. In the 
end I have to make my own decisions. But, thanks to some of the smart guys on 
this list I've learned a lot.
  Thanks much for that and I don't ever intend to stop learning. The day I 
think I've arrived is the day I have a problem.
